PROTEIN MUFFINS 









Patricks Top Tip Of The Week 
Micro wave Protein Muffins  
In a cup 1-2 scoops chocolate whey. 2-3 dates and or half banana. 2-3 egg whites. 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and a little almond milk.
Mix contents and place in microwave for 2-3 mins.
Delicious.
